We build for who
you actually are.
Not the optimized, tracked, scheduled, categorized, on-streak, hitting-your-goals version.
The one where dinner is crackers and hot sauce at 10pm. Where your finances make sense to you even if they wouldn't to a financial advisor. Where your body is yours and nobody else's business. Where your head is full and you just need somewhere to put it down.
Most apps are built around who you should be.
We build around who you are.
A lot of the patterns we avoid are ones we've noticed repeating across products.
Shame shows up in small ways — in streaks, in red indicators, in the sense that you've fallen behind a system that never accounts for context. Pressure shows up in notifications that assume consistency is the goal. Engagement shows up as friction that keeps you inside an app longer than the task required.
We're interested in what's possible when none of those patterns are in the design.
Apps that work the way you actually think, feel, and live.
Girl World Products is a studio. We're building a set of apps around a shared observation: most products misread the people using them.
Each app is built around a part of life where the existing options get it wrong. We start with dinner.
Fenter.
If it's pink or soft or considered feminine, it isn't taken seriously. Meanwhile everything grey and minimal gets called serious by default. That's not a standard. That's just who's been doing the building.
I'm a woman building for women — and for anyone who's ever looked at technology and thought: this wasn't made with me in mind.
This is our corner of the internet. Come as you are.

we've built.
One app live. More in the works. All of them built with the same philosophy.
